Ippity.. Hippity Hop

Monday.. Monday!! The first official day of our March Break.. We really don't have any set plans other than on Wednesday we are going to see Pinkalicious..

a Musical that is going on at one of the Theaters in Newmarket. Sydney is excited to see what it is all about.. she is going with her girl cousins so it is bound to be a great time. She has her Pinkalicious Crown all ready with her Pink outfit!! Lots of photo's that day!!

Today we are off to see the Tooth Fairy.. sounds like a great family movie.

It is also the H{ippity} Hop today. I am writing this post at 1:43 am because I am not tired.. and this way I can also sleep in tomorrow.. haha!! The challenge for last Monday was Dry Embossing, I just love using all my CuttleBug Folders and really have not used them is such a long time.. so this was a good challenge to get them out and use some of the folders that I haven't even touched.. like the music one below... Great Challenge, I really liked this one alot.

My first card I used the stars CB folder, embossed it and with my sanding block sanded it to give it a distressed feel.. I used the core Colour paper this way the distressing would show up more.
I just love this stamp set...Moonbeams and Heartstrings

For this card I did the same thing with the CB folder.. this is my first time using this one.. it was just perfect for this bird from the Music of My Heart Set, I really like how it turned out.. I gave the bird some bling and with some grass fringe and one of the American Crafts frames.. I really like the look of it.. using scraps of paper and alot of white space to show off the embossing.

I am going to love seeing all the creations that everyone has come up with for this challenge.. So if you go to the Ippity Blog and check out all the participants in today's Hop. There will also be a new challenge up for the week!! I just LOVE Ippity!! Hop Hop Hop!!

You can also purchase these stamp sets from the many wonderful Ippity Chicks HERE!!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful day.

Hugs,

Angie Xx
