Today I am showing you some images from the YOU DESERVE set.. I only have one card to share with you but it has so many details I didn't want to do too much . It is a fantastic design..
I LOVE IT!!
When my mojo needs a little lift I go Beate's Blog.. she is a force of such creative genius, it just blows me away.. well today's card is the SWING card she made and she has a very good video HERE, that will teach you all the steps for a wonderful looking card.
You Deserve the Best
Quote's A'La Happy
Thoughts From the Past
DP- October Afternoon
The Details, I used my copic to colour in the flower image.. starting with a dark shade and taking two different lighter shades to blend it into the center. I love how your copics can created such beauty. I also took some gold beads and added it to the centers with some glossy accents, and let it dry. Stamping the checker board stamp from the Quotes A'La Happy set, I cut out the leaves.
I just put a photo of Sydney and I in the framed part.. I thought it would make a nice touch to place a photo .. an added little keepsake that you can use in your home or office.. would make an extra special card to give to a loved one for Christmas.
The side views..
I know it is alot of photo's but I had to show you every side of this fantastic card .. I am in love with this style. I know I will be making more of these.. Thank you Beate for such and easy to follow video.
Now it is time to Hop on over to the Incredibly Talented Eva's Blog.. I personally can't wait to see what everyone else has created too.
Tomorrow is the BIG RELEASE Hip Hop party.. so I am sure to talk to most of you in the HIP HOP thread over at Unity's Forum on the SCS boards. If you want to know what challenges are up.. go over to the Ippity Blog.. we have a list of them on the Sunday Post.
Hope you all are having a wonderful Wednesday.
Hugs,
Angie
