December Daily 12/15/12 - 12/18/12

Hello everyone.. sorry I didn't get a chance to post this week..

I am so busy working on CHA stuff

that needs to be mailed by FRIDAY..

 I am so behind but will work my butt off the next 2 days.. haha.

 

So here I have all my pages up to date at least..

I worked on them yesterday afternoon, while my daughter craft her own creation.

 

December 15th - December 18th.

 

Well here we have it.. all my journaling is hidden with tags either sticking out of the photo or

patterned paper.. I tried to make it all go with my layout so you don't really see it.. but you

know it is interactive. I am liking it this way.

I am really happy to have these pages done an no going back to finish little things.

I think this is my first December Daily that I have done where

I am on target, no falling back for me.. but then we still have a week to go..haha.

Happy Saturday.. We took these photo's on the 13th..

in the evening,

I decided to do a virtual Christmas card..

 Seeing that I just don't have time or money

to send a ton of them out this year..

December Daily 12/13/12

Good Day everyone, welcome to my December Daily..

I am still forging ahead, and as the days get closer

we are having some fun family moments..

 

So tell me do you have SNOW...

well living here just outside of Toronto, I would imagine

we would have some sort of snow by now.. but NO

nothing , it is freezing out side, but the sun is shining,

and no snow is coming our way...

 

well hoping over the winter holiday's we get some

for the kids to build forts and snowmen!!

Great Green Canadian Weather!!

 

 

Yesterday while cleaning I also found this little clay bowl my son Alex made me in 2009.

Well I decided to paint it and this is what it looks like.. beautiful don't you think?? I just love it!!

Thinking this weekend as a family craft we will try our hands at some paper clay and make some for presents!! I am thinking all my sisters would love one of these!!

I have decided to take a different approch this year to my

December Daily and do more of a simple scrapbooking style to my pages

you will see that I am using the November SMAK kit and the November KOM

in my pages.. I just love the addition of stamps and inking them in different colours

to match your layout is just awesome.. makes me very excited.. can you tell.. haha

 so here we are with December 12, 2012

 

As a scrapbooker, I love word stamps to add to my pages.. so these kits are great for adding
that little word saying or word. It is also nice that you can use them over and over again..

This was one of my pages for the 9th.. the grid background journaling image is one of the stamps from the November SMAK kit.. we made it to fit perfectly in these baseball plastic sleeves..

I just love that you can do so many different things with them.

Also not to forget the new stamp from last weekend.. the Elf on the Shelf stamps.. loving that I can

use these stamps through out my entire album this season..

December Daily 12/09/12 - 12/11/12

Okay.. I have my pages done.. lots of work yesterday trying to get them done.

Sunday was a big day.. we went to see my sweet Mama.. she was turning 75 years young

on Monday we we wanted to see her before her big day.. seeing that her birthday was on a

Monday, and the kids are in school... so she is my main focus for the 9th.

 

December 9th..

 

we thought we would be the only ones stopping by.. but the whole family can to visit.. it was

fun seeing all my brother and sisters throughout the day.

here were some random photo's of the week that I wanted to post.. just random events ..

every year it is tradition to get out the playmobil nativity set.. The set we had the parts were missing from the manger, it was also my son's set from when he was younger.. So this year I purchased this set for Sydney.. she was thrilled that she now has one that will come out every year.. My son's is packed up with his other playmobil to take with him when he has his own home.. these are keepsakes for the kids..  they are very good toys.

 

December 10th

Today I decided that while it was my day off from lunch duty at school, I would make these easy

snow globes.. it was made in less than half an hour.. I just love them...

Here is a layout of Edward out elf on the shelf.. oh and Sydney pretending to be an elf on a shelf..lol

I used one of my new stamps for this page as well.. i love it.

 

 

December 11th

Edward is at it again.. I am loving recording his adventures.. the love Christmas tag has some

hidden journaling.. those trees are Studio Calico wood veneers with some glitter glue on top..

My newest addiction are these wood veneers.. love them.

Last layout for the 11th. I love this photo.. this is everyday life for us.. Bedtime..

every night my daughter has to have a BIG hug from her big brother Alex, she can't sleep

until this happens.. it has been happening ever since she was a newborn.. and life is just not

the same if she doesn't get that hug before bed.. Not sure what will happen when he leaves home.
