Growing In Unity... Day 3.. Eco Chic Unity Clothing!!

Okay.. are you ready to have some FUN today.. Day 3 Growing in Unity..I must say I just love all these images so much and so does my daughter.. and if she gets hold of my stamps she will stamp her little heart out everyday.. so I decided that I might as well do something fun that she can have all day.. to show her friends how much fun it is to do a special projects with Unity Stamps.. oh and I want to share with my friends too.. so here we have it!!
Using Unity , Fabric paint pens, make-up sponges and a t-shirt = FUN FUN CREATIVE FUN!!

Eco Chic.. and Chic it is.. What a fun project to do for the kids.. and it was so very easy and affordable.

Love the Earth

Here are the details.. to make your own. You will need.. some Fabric paint pens.. I got these at Walmart in the craft section for less than $7.oo for a package of 5 colours. A piece of cardboard, a make-up sponge to apply the paint, a tee.. I also got this at Walmart for $4.00 each, and whatever image from Unity Stamp Company.

First..you will need to place the cardboard in between the t-shirt, making sure everything is flat and ready to stamp on.

Pick your image.. I used the images from the Eco Chic set.. seeing that my daughter is big on saving the earth. Now lightly sponge on the colour of fabric paint to your image.. try it on a piece of paper first to see if your image is crisp..

Now stamp your image on your t-shirt, pressing on it and not moving it around too much.

You can colour in the image with the fine tip of the fabric paint or paintbrush.. to give it a little more than just a black image.. I just love how easy and fun this was.. I also love that I can take some of these images and make my own tee's now.. FUN!!

As you can tell Sydney , my ultra cute model.. will have a varitey of stamped images this summer.. The New... Unity Stamp Company Clothing Line. How much FUN will this be.

I am sure your kids will just love wearing something extra special that is homemade.. and what great gifts they will be too. I am so excited to do more.. This will be the first of many Tee's .

Happy Happy Creative Wednesday,

Hugs,

Angie

Super-cute and so fun for summer T-shirts! My little one loves penguins, so I think I'll use Unity's Jolly Little Winter to make her a super-cute Tee. Thanks again for such creative summertime fun!

What a cutie ... tell Sydney she is a SUPER model! And I've seen the t-shirt stamping recently and it's something I am definitely going to try out soon as I have a 2 year old grandson who loves aliens and trucks - it would rock his world to have both of those images on one t-shirt!
