HIP HOP!!

Hello everyone..

Yesterday I had this great idea to make some flowers out of denim..

well it was a fun task and then all of a sudden it lead to making this piece of Art.

Using some wonderful

Samantha Walker stamps,

some Unity Background and May KOM stamps

and some great Samantha Walker papers!!

Inspired by doing a Christy Tomblinson Art background.

here is just a start.

I didn't want to do a she Art kind of canvas.. I wanted to use this wallet size photo to be the focus of what I was going to make.
I got these amazing Samantha Walker Papers (Heidi collection) with some stickers and diecuts.. she was so generous in sending me some extra goodies from a blog hop winnings. So cutting this gorgeous paper for my flowers and highlighting them with copics.. I just love the colours.


Paperpiecing the poppy flowers from Unity's May KOM with some Fancy Pants papers.
Adding the Giving it Meaning Background stamp white some painted circles.



Here is the May Kit of the Month.. I just love the variety of images!!


Samantha Walker's Encompassed Grace

I used the sides of the larger image
to ink up some of the great floral details.



You can see this by the photo and in the corners of the canvas.
