The Greeting Farm... IN THE SPOTLIGHT!

After months of anticipation, The Greeting Farm is THRILLED to bring you our pilot Scrapbooking/Stamping kit, "In the Spotlight!"

We are proud to debut this kit which will be released on APRIL 15th! This newer, larger kit features bigger, more scrapbooking-friendly stamps but that still features our beloved TGF Characters, in this case, Anya herself is in the SPOTLIGHT! The set is 8 1/2x11 DIE-CUT rubber, mounted on cling-foam and ready to use with acrylic blocks!


Here is my first layout featuring the "In The Spotlight" kit..

the grid pattern is just one to the wonderful stamps in this kit.. So is that lovely butterfly image.

The kit also has this great journaling tag.. gotta love that!! It also features this adorable Anya image.. exclusive to this kit and it won't be sold separate.. So this is a great chance to get the kit.

This was Sydney's very first live performance.. Pinkalicious.. a cute play about a girl that just loves everything PINK!! It was so perfect for my Pink loving daughter.. she just loved every minute of it.. and this was also her very first autograph with the character Pinkalicous herself.. What a great day to be In The Spotlight with the star of the show!!

Monday Hippity HOp !! You Are Fabulous!!

Hello H{ippity} Hopping Friends..What an amazing weekend it has been.. Easter was so warm and we even got mini tans here.. Strange to see my hubby with some colour so early in the year.. Well it only took me half hour to brown up.. hehe.. I just love this!!

I used the Cuttlebug folder Bird Call to Emboss my background image and the little flower pot.Some cute Jenni Bowlin Flower pearls to accent the stamp set.


Here are a few photo's of our warm Easter Weekend.
Sydney with all her eggs.. She did her hunt in the park across the street from our house.. she had lots of fun and wanted to do it again!!




In the afternoon we went with our neighbours to the park/lake to play and throw stones.. the kids loved it!



Then for a walk on the boardwalk bridge.. looking at the different view.. soaking in the sunshine. A perfect Easter day!!

Unity Reunites!! FWF

What a fantastic day yesterday, HIP HOP!! I LOVE saying that!! I just loved all the wonderful chatting.. the one thing I missed so much over the last couple of months.. It was nice to chat with all my Unity Friends!! I wish I was on all day long .. but life happens and kids need attention too. It was a fantastic day yesterday. We spent so much time outdoors, playing, cleaning, gardening.. my back is stiff this morning.. but it is all worth it. This is the one thing I do to stay in some type of shape.. I can't wait to get some flowers.I know it is way to early but with the weather we are having I need some pretty in my garden.

I just did this card this morning, Last night we got home a little late and my body was sore so I couldn't move from the couch!! haha..

I used this wonderful quote today with some of the papers I received from the Unity March Scrapbooking kit.. I love the selection of papers that Angela picked for this kit.

Creative Prompts 4U... I C U

Challenge #9 is up on the Creative Prompts 4U Challenge Blog... You have to check out what Ally has to inspire you this week.

I did a layout this week with Ally's inspiration photo.. Using some left over letters that have been laying around for a couple of years.. they were perfect for this simple layout.
I took these photo's in our new van.. Sydney has a seat in the back of me and it is harder to see her so once in a while I have to take a peek at what she is up to. These are some fun photo's of us looking through to passenger side visor mirror... Well that is where I would sit seeing that I am not a driver.. at all!! Hard to believe that a 45 year old does not know how to drive.. but I have no problem with it .. I still get around!! I wanted to just use up one letter for every word in my title as well.. I C U ( I see you)

The owls are my newest polymer clay creatures.. I so love them.. even though my son says the eyes look goofy.. but it is original.. that is the joy of crafting not every one is the same.
I also used these Heidi Swapp Ghost Flowers with some white acrylic paint to distress them.

Beeez Kneeez Blog Hop

Hello Wednesday..
I am excited to be participating in the Caffinated Cropper customer BEEEZ KNEEEZ Blog Hop.. I received my kit about a week and a half ago and just love it. A great set of papers and embellishments. I have made so many things with it already and still have lots left over.. Loving that it came with some stamps.. this way the kit just stays with me forever. Got to love that!!

Very last project I got my Cuttlebug out and decided to play..Using the Swiss Dots folder and the Butterfly Diecuts I snuggled that cute BEE from the stamp set, coloured it in with my copics and framed it up with a Martha Stewart border punch.

Ippity Easter...Hop Hop Hop

Hop Hop.. It is nearly Easter.. and time to remember some of the events that happened last year.. I do this alot throughout the year.. Yes, I take photo's of the events but then once it is over I leave them for the next year to take another look and make some layouts. Just to get in the mood.. I know it is strange but I get all excited and have lots of holiday mojo.. I think it is harder to go through the season and have no photo's to scrap.. so this is just what I love to do.. it works for me and puts me in the festive mood.

Here is one of the layouts I did using some Ippity stamps, Sweet Thoughts Of Spring. Some quilling , grass cutting and some paint.

EASTER hunt

This is my new adventure in Quilling.. I just did circles for this .. but I am hoping I will get more advanced as time goes by.. It is nice to have some different textures and for this layout it was perfect for the egg.




I just love this bunny.. since the first time it was featured on the Ippity blog months ago.. I coloured it in using my Prisma colours.

For the clouds.. I wanted to use some paint and with a dab here and there with a small paint brush I did these clouds.. I just love the look of painted clouds with the Ippity cloud stamp.
